Our Team

Ryan grew up alongside Prime, so it’s no surprise he chose to follow in his father Dan’s footsteps and join the family business. He began his career as an apprentice, working his way up to become a Director. When time permits, Ryan enjoys waterskiing in Yarrawonga.

David started with Prime as a first year apprentice, where he ran projects as a site foreman. He was later promoted to project manager and is now Director. When he’s not working, he's busy at home with 3 beautiful kids.

As senior project manager, Paul is tasked with running Prime’s largest projects and dealing with the suppliers on our large commercial deals. Some of his best work is done on the basketball court.

Brad started with Prime many years ago, and we're lucky to still have him on board as our meticulous estimator. Outside of office hours, Brad still enjoys a game of local footy.

Cos has a long history here at Prime. As our data & communications expert, he is an integral player in helping us to deliver our world-class projects. Cos is also responsible for running the Prime service department.

After completing his apprenticeship elsewhere, Luke joined Prime as a site foreman. Later becoming Head Estimator, he’s run Prime projects up to the value of $4m. An amateur-professional swimmer, Luke is somewhat of a Pier to Pub legend.

Jake Mills is an Electrical Estimator here at Prime. After moving down from Echuca he completed his Electrical Apprenticeship with us. A football injury forced him into the office to help out with Estimating & he never left. He has now officially been in and Estimating role for 3 years .

Steve started his electrical career as a first year apprentice with Prime, then moved onto a role as a site foreman and now a Project Manager. Outside of work, he likes to get away camping with the family.

As a lead Project Manager, Luke is an integral part of ensuring we continue to deliver the trademark Prime standard of excellence. He’s also heavily involved with our sister company, Surelink, as a General Manager.

Michael started at Prime as an Apprentice and won Apprentice of The Year. He worked his way up to Site Foreman and then onto Project Manager. Michael also looks after our sister company Surelink Electrical as well as Prime. On the weekends you’ll most likely find Michael wakeboarding at Lake Eildon.

Isabelle began working here at Prime 3 years ago as our Receptionist. She has since completed her study to become our new Work Health and Safety Representative. She is known to down 43 chicken nuggets on Friday lunch.

Adnan is a lead electrical engineer within the Prime’s design department. He has years of experience working on the consultancy side of large scale building projects across Australia and New Zealand. Adnan has a young family and aside from work he enjoys spending time with them.
