The new passive house certified Technology Education and Design (TEd) Building at Monash University’s Clayton campus will provide a world-class learning environment with the latest dynamic and interactive learning spaces and will maximise engineering design learning opportunities for all students.

The building has 5 levels and a GFA of approximately 18,806sqm. It will comprise of back-of-house facilities, industry collaboration, shallow tiered auditorium and teaching spaces with upper levels predominantly for housing academic workplace.
