The VOCO-HIE Hotel broadly consists of two separate hotels stacked on top of one another in a single 39 storey building with one basement level and independent retail unit on ground floor. The lower floors house receptions, retail space, a restaurant, cafe, bar facilities, a gym and other hotel services. Levels 5-19 house rooms for the HIE Hotel, level 20 houses the plant area, levels 21-37 houses rooms for the VOCO Hotel and level 38 houses a sky lounge.
