The Project, known as ‘Indigo Hotel and Apartments’, will have 225 hotel rooms over levels 03-27 and 30 premium apartments over levels 29 – 41. The lower 3 levels consist of a podium housed inside an existing heritage façade which includes the hotel facilities (gym, BOH, restaurant etc).
