The Pacifica is an iconic residential development that has transformed Auckland’s skyline with a new style of inner-city luxury. At 178m, the tower at 10–12 Commerce Street in the downtown CBD is New Zealand’s tallest residential building. Its 57 storeys hold 273 apartments, a 6-level carpark, 2 retail units, a podium level with gym, swimming pool and communal area, plant areas on levels 6, 25 and 55, a theatre on level 25, a lift motor room on level 56, 3 passenger lifts and 2 car lifts.
