The technical scope
The VOCO-HIE Hotel is two separate hotels stacked in a single 39-storey building, with one basement level and an independent retail unit on the ground floor. The lower floors house the receptions, retail space, a restaurant, cafe, bar, gym and other hotel services. Levels 5–19 are HIE Hotel rooms, level 20 is the plant area, levels 21–37 are VOCO Hotel rooms and level 38 is a sky lounge.
