About The Position

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Set out of electrical service in new concrete pours
- Set out of electrical services in cold shell and enclosed areas
- Taking as-builts of existing services
- Re-laying RL’s for minor civil works and conduit trenching
- Liaising with site supervisors and designers
- Liaising with builders and surveyors
- Setting up controls
- Self-manage site bookings
- Compute drawings
- Operate Trimble total station and software
- Assist sites on using Trimble RPT layout station
- Recording and logging site controls
- Plan for future works
Requirements for the role:
- Electrical knowledge of medium- large commercial construction project (A-Grade licence preferable)
- High level of organisational skills
- Must be able to prioritise tasks and identify priority jobs
- Upbeat friendly personality and attitude
- Problem solving skills
- Work well under pressure
- Be adaptable to a range of fast-pace environments
- Must be able to read Electrical plans a diagrams and general site plans such as concrete profile drawings.
- Highly motivated
- High level of numerical data so confidence in this would benefit the role
